Fieldtrip Visit Guidelines:
- The group/fieldtrip discount rate is $4.75 per child.
- There is a minimum requirement of 20 children or $95 fee for all field trips
- At least one supervising adult is required for every five children.
- There is no charge for a 1:5 ratio of supervising adults with field trips
- Adults beyond the 1:5 ratio must pay $4.75 for admission each.
- Payment is accepted in the form of cash or checks payable to the Discovery Museum.
- You may also present a copy of the PO as proof of payment
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or you will be billed a portion of the original reservation price.
- Programs cannot be rescheduled for late arrivals. Visits will be shortened accordingly.
- For eating lunch or snack, our outdoor space is available for a $25.00 fee.
- For chaperone parents who bring another child to tag-along with the group, the price will be $7.00 per extra child.
- Reservations required for group visits! Please call 805.928.8414 to reserve your space.
- Slots fill up quickly, so please book well in advance so that we can accommodate you with your preferred visit date.
